Waterproof LCD TV enclosures – we have the solution!
We were approached by a US Food manufacturer who required 2 x waterproof TV enclosures for their shop floor. These were going to be used for showing ads for the company’s product line to visitors on the factory floor, as well as giving production information too.
The main problem as you can imagine was that at the end of every 8 hour shift, the factory floor was washed down with high pressure water jets, so the LCD TV needed to be protected from the fluid, hence the need for our NEMA 4X (European IP65) LCD TV enclosure.
It was irrelevant that we were 3,000 miles apart, with constant communication we managed to turn the project round from order to delivery in less than 2 weeks!
The company was so pleased with the high quality of our product, as well as the cost effective nature of the solution that they also ordered 2 x interactive kiosks for the reception areas in two manufacturing facilities.
We anticipate that 40% of our business this year will be from the USA, with 30% from Australia and 30% from Europe, we are truly a global supplier of outdoor LCD enclosures.
